• Yes but it's the 3 pin 5 volt so make sure your motherboard supports it.

• It might be but I didn’t use the including controller I just used the applicable slot on my motherboard to plug the pump in and also the 5v cord slot on my motherboard armory crate is the app that I use to sync rgb and run diagnostics and it did sync with my other rgb on my rig
