• I don't see why not. However, it's largely a function of the air fryer (size, door configuration, etc.) These probes are long! The probes can be placed in an outdoor grill. The device can withstand 572 degrees Max. Most air fryers are 450 to 500 degrees, max. The air fryer door must 'accommodate' the probe leads. If so, there shouldn't be a problem using it. Disclaimer: Obviously, make every attempt to contact the air fryer manufacturer for guidance.

• Yes, the probes can be used in a deep fryer. Please make sure the mesh cable does not get submersed in the oil though.
