- Answer This product has neither. It uses Radio Frequency instead of Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

- Answer Yes, you can leave the probe in the chicken while its on the BBQ. The sensor in the probe is located within the first 2 inches of the probe so the rest of the probe will not affect the reading.
