• My windows are tinted a tad darker than usual because the sunlight bothers my light colored eyes and the dash cam performs wonderfully even with the tinted windows.

• Hello There, the tint may affect the image quality in some cases, but not always. If you have tint on your windows, we advise connecting with the Dash Cam using your smartphone and using the Live View feature to check the image before mounting the unit to the window. If the tint is affecting the image, you might have to cut off a small part of the tint for the Dash Cam's lens.
