Does wi-fi have to be on, to record video? null

Hello There, As soon as the F200 Dash Cam boots up and you hear "Continuous Recording will now start" the device is recording constantly. When you connect to the WiFi and are using the Mobile App the Dash Cam stops recording until disconnected. You are unable to connect to the WiFi and record footage at the same time.

Nope. It will do continuous recording to your SD card. You use the built in wifi to connect to it to view the videos.

No. Once you hit wifi it will actually stop recording. It records when not connected to your smart device
