Olly; I had a lot of questions when I first bought my F200 camera system from Best Buy. None of the sales personnel or even the installer of my camera could help with my questions; so, I went to Thinkware.com and got the answers. If you don't find the answers yourself; they even have a "Live chat" person to assist you. Instead of me looking up the answer for you and then writing the answer out here; I will just give you the link to the Thinkware F200 site.
