• Hi There, The rear camera will work however footage may appear darker. You can adjust the rear camera brightness in the Camera Settings.

• I just recently purchased the above mentioned model that you're interested in. Very good product and the rear camera picks up very well if aimed outside the vehicle. However, if you want a camera that picks up great in low light areas or the interior of your limo, I'd recommend purchasing the infrared model that thinkware sells. Not sure if best buy sells it though.

• The camera can see well through extremely dark tint (20%). However, this is is only when the camera works (not often).
