• Yes, as the Dash Cam provides its own Wi-Fi signal, similar to a Bluetooth connection. As long as you are within range of the Dash Cam's signal, you will be able to connect.

• Yes. It has its own wifi you connect to. No internet needed. But faster to have a micro SD reader you can plug into your phone.
