“Is the lens on this dash cam positionable at all, or is it a set position only? Like if i don't like the FOV in the way the camera is angled based on the slope of my windshield, can i adjust the position of the camera lens to something more optimal?”

Hi There, yes, with the U1000 you are able to move the lens up and down, even after the Dash Cam is already mounted. This allows for you to adjust the Dash Cam's angle at any time.
