Where is the rear camera mounted? null

Wherever you want I guess, but mine is high center of the rear glass. I used the Best Buy installation service and they made it look amazing, ran it thru existing wire bundles and gaskets so there are no exposed wires other than the few inches running to the front camera that could not be hidden away

I have mine mounted in the top of the rear window by the headlighner. Sticks on with supplied double sided tape.
