“Question: I have a 2020 Lexus ES350 car, which Best Buy says Thinkware -X700, X800 or X1000 will not fit my vehicle. Is there a particular reason why they are not compatible? A dash-cam is a dash-cam. You would think it could go into any vehicle.”

Hello Ronny! To our knowledge, the X Series Dashcams can work with any vehicle as the dashcams were created as a universal fit for all vehicle makes and models. We have customers who use the X-Series in their Lexus models with no issues present! Thank you!
