Why is the ice wet. Can it be changed? null

The ice is wet because the temp. inside the ice maker is 40 degrees, not 32 degrees or below.

Mel, I am dealing with this ice maker since the day it was delivered - 25th of february. Nothing works the way it is supposed to. On top of that, Total Tech does not cover this product so you have to deal directly with Thor. I had so many problems in just 4 months that are hard to fit here. Yesterday Best Buy verified all the issues: Ice is wet, Ice comes in slabs, balls of ice make you turn off the machine 24hs. Thor wants me to hire a service guy at my cost because they just cover parts. Fortunately yesterday Best Buy authorized the return of this terrible product. Stay Away from Thor Kitchen products.
