Is this backpack water proof null

They say water-resistant or weather-resistant. I’ve had this out in the rain, but not submerged in water. So far, so good!

It is not completely 100% water-proof. It is water-resistant, so it will shrug off a light rain. It's not guaranteed to protect your belongings in heavy rain or submersion in water.
