Absolutely. That is the exact laptop I bought it for. I travel a lot, so I needed a protective case. I wish the inside was felt or another material to have some grip, but it’s a good case and I don’t regret buying it. Maybe Thule will make that change for the 5.0. Note: close your laptop first, then the case. The straps can get caught up if you do it in one motion between the screen/keyboard and damage the screen.
