“Can I cancel before my 3 month subscription end so I won't get charged if I don't like it?”

Hello Jenny, Yes you can cancel before your three months end through your Best Buy Acct. You will not be able to cancel through Tidal since Best Buy is the vendor that's billing you. You have to log into your My Best Buy Acct and go to subscriptions to cancel or you can call Best Buy's 1-800 number. I hope this helps.

If you already subscribed the TIDAL music Streaming Service, login to your Bestbuy account From your account (your name usually) dropdown option, select "Account Home" From the Account Home page, look for the section "Quick Links", then select "Protection Plans & Subscriptions" Then you will see your TIDAL Music Streaming subscription(s) there. Under Manage your subscription, select "Cancel Auto-Renewal" Next screen will ask you to confirm to cancel it. In case you can't, use the chat option in the next screen to chat with the support to ask her/him to stop the auto-renewal of the subscription. Hope that help.

you can cancel prior to the end of the 3 months, and will only be charged what you paid for it.
