My husband actually lost his keys in Nashville. We live 2 hrs away. He was able to get on the computer and track the location to the exact area.

The Tile community, which is the rest of us that use Tile, our apps are always looking for Tiles, and when it finds those that are listed as being "lost" it will communicate to the Tile owner that it has been located at the address of such and such. However, it is only useful when there are other Tile users around, and to be quite honest, with so many different devices, and those that cost much less, the Tile community is not very big in some areas. The big Plus is that you can go to the address of where your Tile was last seen, and you can chirp it from the lost tab, and when your phone comes even within a hair of the maximum distance your Tile will begin to chirp, and they're loud so you don't have to worry about not hearing it
