Questionif I left my keys at the mall and got home like 60 miles away would the tile locator work?

- Answer The tile would be very far out of range at even a mile away. However, tiles do have the ability to pinpoint their last known location on your phone. In addition to that, every time someone with a tile walks by your tile, it will notify you of its exact location so that you can easily locate it even if it’s not in the “last known location”.

QuestionCan you place the wallet tile between your phone and the case? I don't know if I want a black disc attached to my phone case, even if I used the same case every day; however, I frequently change cases.

- Answer Using the tile in your keys to ring your phone only works if your phone isn't dead. This is a significant problem with my daughter. The slim only fits if there's room in the case... You can test this by putting two credit cards in the case and seeing if it fits correctly.

Questionhow far away can I track those . if I lost my house keys at the store and went home could I track them from home.

- Answer My husband actually lost his keys in Nashville. We live 2 hrs away. He was able to get on the computer and track the location to the exact area.

- Answer I do know you can change the battery in the pro series and also the slim series bc we have replaced them. I have not used the rounds just yet. This is a Christmas gift, I will know more about these later . My family would be so lost without these. No matter if you are able to change batteries in this particular set, you definitely get the money you spent out this product. A PRODUCT THAT WORKS WELL.

- Answer I leave one in the glove box in my car and it’s always updating because people walk by it in the parking lot. It should work for what you want.

- Answer You do not need a tile on your phone, as the individual tiles on your keys or wallet for example, can be pressed to make your phone ring.

- Answer My understanding is that most have replaceable batteries, except the stick-on Tiles. The stick-on tiles are not replaceable but supposed to last 3yrs. The other Tiles use the quarter size/style battery and they typically last about 1-1.5 yrs.
