• Yes, it sure can be attached to a collar. However you have to be in tracking distance of the pet on order for it to work.

• I would think you could! There is a small hole that is meant for a key ring, but I bet you can attach it to a collar. I don’t know that it will be very weather proof or how durable it will be.. depending in how active your dog is lol
