“What if I put 2 tiles on a key chain ? Would that elimate the need for another tile user to "walk on by' for me locate it , if out of range?”

Thanks for asking! Tiles do not interact with each other, and one Tile will not be able to update the location of another. For a location update, your Tile will have to come within Bluetooth range of a device with the Tile app and Bluetooth turned on. If you attached a tile & a cell phone to your key chain, the tile would tell the cell phone where they are and the cell phone would connect that to the Internet>ap>you......as long as the cell phone held a charge. Come to think of it, if you had a Lamborghini or some other $2M car, it would be worth it to wire a cell phone & the tile to be charged by the car's battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no. Tile is Tech Trash the device needs to pass multiple track installed devices in able to track your key chains. If you live in a farming community and nobody has the app installed, IT IS USELESS AND WILL NOT TRACK UNLESS YOUR PHONE IS NEARBY
