Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We apologize if there was any confusion on how Tile works. To recover your item, you can pull up a map in the app to check the last place your Tile was seen and head over there at your earliest convenience. If you are far away from the last location update, I recommend calling local businesses around the general area of the new location to see if anyone has turned in items to lost and found.
