• Any phone can be activated provided it first has a SIM Card in it. Nowadays if a phone is UNLOCKED, it can be activated on any wireless carrier. Depending on the model, some phones are carrier specific. Also the phone has to be not reported stolen or it's red flagged. Just take it in to whichever cellphone provider you want and have it checked out first. Good Luck.
