“I bought a 4 pack of Pro Tiles in 2018 and only used two. I'd like to activate the last two now but it doesn't seem to be working? They are still in the original box. Do they expire when not activated? Thanks.”

Hi there, Thanks for asking! Tile batteries are designed to provide simple, worry-free service for at least one full year. When Tiles are not activated they should not use much power, but there will be some loss, and the one-year expected life expectancy may be affected.
