“For the Tile Combo 4 pack, does each tile come packaged separately? I want to give as gifts to 4 different people but want them to be in their own package.”

No.....but you can buy them separately. ..they just cost more. They are sold as a one pack, two pack, four pack, and I have even seen an eight pack.
