Works beautifully on dog hair. The self clean feature seems to pull all of the hair off of the roller.

The dirty water tank has a strainer which helps to keep debris like dog hair separate, so it doesn't go down your drain. After running the self-cleaning cycle, you may need to use the 3-in-1 cleaning tool to make sure all of the hair is cleaned from the inner tubing.

It’s great when u spill liquid bc it vacuums wet or dry and I love that it separates the clean from dirty water but I don’t have pets and when I vacuum then empty the dirty water it has adult hair stuck between the dirty tank and the hole in bottom and I have to pull it out all the time it’s gross. It does have a self clean feature which is cool. But I feel like for a vacuum/mop it’s lacking on the mop side. The floor is hardly even wet when u use and if u have something stuck on floor good it’s not going to get it up. So with my 4 kids it’s like I have to use a different mop to even get the hard stuff like food stuck on floor or dirt that hasn’t been cleaned up immediately. It’s not worth the money in my opinion and if I wouldn’t have waited so long to try out I would have returned it
