• This unit is compatible with a TiVo Premiere 4, but you need the TiVo box to have 4 tuners or more.

• I don't believe it will work with a 2 tuner device. I have a 6 tuner Premier that it works with.

• i'm not positive but i think it will only work with tivo bolt,tivo bolt vox and tivo roamio ,but on the tivo roamio you must upgrade your software to the new expierence hydra menu guide, the bolt and vox already have the new software installed but not the roamio.

• Yes, but I wouldn't. The best TiVo to pair with is the Bolt with 6 tuners. You need a free tuner if you want to watch live TV on the MINI so if you only have 2 tuners, you will run into problems.
