Call your cable provider and get them to send you a cable card. You have to pop that in and activate it on the Cable providers network. It is very easy step by step.

You need to obtain a cable card from Charter cable, plug it into the TiVo Bolt, pair it up, and you'll be good to go. You can then return your cable company set-top-box and get a credit !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need a cable card and tuning adapter. Connect cable in to tuning adapter and then tuning adapter to TIVO. Connect USB from top USB port on TIVO to the tuning adapter. Good Luck.
