• YES, this can be used with anything with a usb port i plugged it into my PS4 and it worked. Also yes, it does enhance the picture and you have options to choose as far as the color and how bright or how dim you want it to be YOUTUBE CHANNEL @KIDDFRN

• You can’t put your laptop on it. But if your recording and you need light it will definitely be good for lighting while on your laptop

• Short answer is Yes. Long answer is if you are trying to use it with your laptop's integrated camera, chances it will only enhance the exposure but the quality of a laptop integrated camera for the most part has usually pretty low quality in the image it produces. But yes you use it anyways. It is USB powered so you can either connect it to your laptop or use your smart phone charger to plug this light through there as well.
