Thank you for your question. The senior (i.e. receiver) can acknowledge they have received a reminder message by tapping on Tochie speaker. Once acknowledged, the caregiver (i.e. sender) will be notified on their mobile phone/Tochie mobile app. While pending acknowledgement of the reminder, Tochie speaker may repeat the reminder message up to three times depending on the user’s preferences.
