Can the R1 be fire and L1 be aim null

I'm not sure but I think you have to go into control setting and play around with it and see if it changes But I think the only option you have or a lefty southpaw and so on

I'm right handed and have never changed the default but, I know that in settings you can change the controllers configuration. So my answer would be probably yes.
