How do you get the Capital Defender pre-order bonus? null

It was sent during the middle of the day on official release day.

You should of received an email from Best Buy on or around Jan 11th. The email contained the code for the private beta and Defender pack. You had to redeem the code on the Ubisoft link. I have multiple Uplay accounts and redeemed it on t he wrong account so did not get the pre-order bonus. Hopefully you still have your email. Good luck

I have a ticket in with the Ubisoft store, I’m wondering if we will get a code to redeem it on Friday 3/15/19 when the game goes live for everyone else.
