• Both can be safely used, just NOT on pacemaker / heart area.

• I’ma congenital heart defect veteran who’s had 4 in all open heart surgeries! I don’t think light therapy should affect you but that needs to be brought to your cardiologist to be safe!!! Don’t ask anyone other than the one who’s knowledgeable on this♥️♥️♥️
