Will this device connect to Tom Tom Home, if so how ? null

Not that i know. in my case i had already an account for TomTom "MyDrive Connect" and that connects into at my PC. Worth to mention though is that once you setup your unit. Map updates and so can be coveniently done via wireless through your wifi.
