“What makes this more beneficial than my Nike App on the iphone? I'm new to running and wondering what this watch does that is different than the Nike App I have on my Iphone? Is it worth the investment for a new runner?”

• You don't have to take your phone when you run. The watch gives an added bonus of a step tracker.

• One of the less expensive watches out there, large display makes it easy to read, easy to use..no possibility of dropping during your run..if you drop your I-phone it could be quite costly

• If you have no issues carrying the phone, then keep carrying the phone. If you are looking to ditch the phone and not having music or notifications, then go with this device. Great price if trying out a running watch.
