Hello, again Rodrigo, I think I might have answered you in your previous question. I can however just explain briefly here how our watches are able to calculate how far you swim in kilometers. When you are swimming pool the watch cannot use GPS as you are indoors, so instead your Watch detects regular arm movements during swimming to compute swimming data. To make sure this is accurate as possible you include your height in your profile (you’ll set this up the first time you register) and you also let the watch know your pool size. From this it makes an estimation of how far you are swimming in your session. Consistent style and pace per length gives the best measurement results when using swim mode. As always, any other questions you know where I am. Cheers.
