Most electronics will show there problems in 3 months, unless it's abused or covered up with dust or animal hair and can't cool itself.
A:AnswerYes. We called 800-DIRECTV and asked for technical support. The agent was able to talk us through making the connection with the Direct TV remote. There are no paper instructions included on how to do this. Agent provided step by step instructions and Remote that came with the TV not needed to operate the TV now.
