• I would reccommend that you get a Roku device and download the Xfinity App Beta version. You will love to roku and won’t have to pay Comcast an extra 5.99 per month for their little box. Plus is you have a DVR as your main box you can record shows and watch and replay them on your Xfinity App on Roku.

• Yea you will need a cable box to use xfinity services. You might be able to get the basic channels without one but I doubt it since all their signals are digital.
