“TV channel selection on screen does not show channel number. It only shows station program id. It does not show whats on either. No way to see whats on. I connected to wifi and updated tv and looked through settings. There are no settings to fix this.”

The channels are listed alphabetically and it shows the info if it's available, this is normal behavior. For more information about your local channels please visit https://www.tvguide.com/listings/
