“When I connect my Toshiba - 32" Class LED HD Smart FireTV Edition TV to the coax from my Comcast adapter box, I can't access the service. Tried direct connection w/o the adapter - still no svc. Suggestions?”

• Try this: Go to Home > Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan. We recommend contacting your Cable Service provider to upgrade your Cable Box to one that has HDMI Output for best video quality.

• Your answer implies that I can connect an HDMI cable to the Comcast adapter box. I can't. Its only connection is coax.
