“48 days or 48 years to get a response to a question? I previously asked if open-box items carry the original warranty/what the warranty is if they don't. I was told I'd receive a response 'within 48 hours' but my question hasn't even posted a week later!”

• That is at the store that you brought it from, But as long as you have your receipt, the Manufacturers will honor the warranty.
