• yes ,I use HDMI out from computer to tv , got great 1080p on netflix app on computer u cant tell its not tv, but u need good graphics card. U should be able to go VGA to HDMI , with proper card , if not try getting better card with HDMI out , thats all I can think of, it should work , make sure everything is tight.
