“Part of my buying decision for this TV was the ability to watch Disney Plus and Hulu. But, every time that I try to access these channels or download the "APP" the TV tells me that App cannot be found. How can I successfully download these apps?”

• Apps were already preloaded. hooked up the wifi, signed into my amazon account and all my subscriptions were downloaded.
