This TV has four 2.2 HDMI HDCP inputs. It also has ARC which is good for gaming. This is all documented in the spec's section of the writeup for the TV. As to the connection to a X-Box, I can't say what works. I bought this TV as a game monitor, because it has 4k capabilities, and a 43" screen. The HDMI connection is connected to a gaming PC, using a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 TI gaming card. It works great for my setup... No complaints for sure.
