“I just bought this to replace an older 4K Toshiba that had a black screen issue. Hoever I cannot get this stupid thing to play cable tv in 4K, all the HDMI ports come throgh as 1080p, and there is ZERO way to change it via the menu or settings. ??W HELP!”

You have to give the tv a 4k signal through a streaming device, cable box, gaming system, satellite, Youtube or Fios.
