QuestionThe original remote for the TV disappeared from the face of the earth. I could not pair another Fire TV remote to the TV, so I factory reset the TV. Now, I'm stuck at the first set-up screen, unable to hit select to pick a language. Thoughts?

QuestionWhen I turn on the TV, it brings up the Xfinity main screen. Then, color bands appear at the top, and the screen goes black. Is this repairable? If so, is it worth repairing, or should I purchase a new TV? This was purchased in May 2023.

- Answer Yes it will. All you have to do is setup up the cable box then do a search for both analog and digital channels. It will pick up both.
