Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All depends if you got a “lemon” or not. The FIRST tv we purchased had no sound. We took it back to the store - after unsuccessfully trying to contact The Geek Squad for an appointment. The store gave us a brand new one - no problem with that one. You may want to consider this option. Don’t be concerned if you have thrown away the box - just take your receipt.
