“Since this is a fire TV, do I need a fire stick along with it or does it take the place of a fire stick”

• No firestick needed. I had one but do not need it since this comes preloaded. Another nice feature is that the remote lets you tell Alexa to open Netflix. And it does without any problems. I also have the echo in my bedroom and I can ask Alexa to open Netflix or my Prime video and shell will do it.

• The Fire TV features are built into the tv. You do not need a separate device. The included remote runs both the Fire TV and TV functions.

• You do not need a fire stick along with it. It already comes in built (that's why the tv controller looks like the fire stick controller).

• You don’t need one the main home screen is just like a fire stick. It’s a bit cumbersome combining the two but it gets the job done
