A:Answer If you have a different HDMI cable, I would try that 1st. Sometimes, cables get loose and reseating them sometimes helps. And cables can get damaged sometimes. Things happen. Intermittent issues usually imply cable issues, unless the TV air flow is blocked and it's overheating. When they cool down, back to normal. But if the TV is breaking down, it usually just breaks. I've seen occasional issues with my cable box, but it appears to be the signal coming into the service provider. So the source of the signal could also be an issue.
