“Does the TV come with proper screws for mounting? If not what should I be buying?”

• Mine came whit 4 screws for mounting, in addition to the ones for the stands.

• No, they are not included in the TV box. You will need M6 × 25mm screws. Most wall mount kits include screws. David M. - Toshiba Support
