If you have a box from your cable provider, make sure you switch your video input to the one you plugged the box into. Use the “Source” button at the top of the remote. Also make sure your cable box is powered on when you check.

To change the Audio Output settings go: Home > Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format PCM.
