“How do you to reset screen to 1080. Right now the options are full, wide 1 or 2 or 3 or native. These result in the picture being distorted. It is not intuitive on how to reset to HD. OR how to reset the TV to factory settings.”

This is a 4K TV, you cannot change the resolution of the TV. To do a Factory Reset try this: Go Home > Settings > Device & Software > Reset to Factory Defaults.
